The Hinterland of Things Conference is a one-day event, where you connect with explicitly selected Series A/B startups, CEOs and innovation drivers. We bring Germany’s brightest innovators together to create a joint digital future with leading hidden champions. You can expect outstanding speakers and an exciting program! Meet startups on-site, experience founders & experts live on stage, listen to first-hand founder stories and much more.

The Conference will take place on the 13th of June 2024.

The location is Stadthalle in Bielefeld. The address is Willy-Brandt-Platz 1, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany.

With your Conference ticket you have access to all areas: Hinterland Stage, Founders Stage, Exhibition, Food and Drink Area. In addition we offer some Masterclasses, information will follow. The complete day you can use the city-busses and trams for free.

The location Stadthalle Bielefeld is located directly at Bielefeld main station. It is only a few minutes’ walk from the main railway station to the entrance of the event. There will be signs on site to show you the way.

With your conference ticket you also have the option of travelling to our event free of charge on all trams and buses in Bielefeld throughout the day.

Please note: There are only a few car parks near the conference, so we recommend that you use public transport.

You can buy a special Hinterland of Things 2024 train ticket from Deutsche Bahn. The ticket has a fixed price, regardless of which train station you start from.

You have also the availability to charge your phone or laptop at the location.

Of course! Wi-fi access is available all over the location.

The registration for all ticket types is at the main entrance of the venue. Please have your ticket (printed or mobile) ready for smooth access. You will receive your badge at the registration desk.

The doors will open at 8.00 am.

There is no specific dress code for our event, but sneakers are more than welcome! Come as you feel and who you are.

Despite living in the age of smartphones and 24/7-availability, we do believe in the power of silence – so please mute your devices. If you have to take or make a call, please step outside for a moment.

Tickets are personalized and therefore not transferable to other persons. We offer a refund up to 30 days before the event starts.
