Nina Koch

Nina Koch has been working for the technology company Slack since January 2022. As Director Customer Success Central Europe, she is responsible for the expansion of the European customer network and supports users in successfully using the automation, knowledge and connection functions of the productivity platform. After successfully completing her degree in social sciences at Munich University of Applied Sciences in 2004, she began her career at Microsoft in the areas of public relations and product marketing for the Microsoft Office product. After establishing the cloud sales channel in Switzerland, Nina worked as a Customer Program Manager before driving the partner ecosystem as Partner Development Manager. Before deciding to continue her career at Slack in 2022, she supported key accounts in adding value to their acquired Business Applications licenses. Nina Koch lives with her husband and dog in the 5-lake area near Munich.
