As Managing Partner, Frank Seidensticker manages the traditional company from Bielefeld in the 3rd generation together with his cousin Gerd Oliver Seidensticker and the three external managers Dr. Silvia Bentzinger (CEO of the Seidensticker brand), Dr. Marc Barrantes (CFO) and Dr. Horst Gersmeyer (COO). The family business has always been characterized by change and transformation.
