Born in 1979, Dr. Fabian Kracht studied business administration at the University of Mannheim and Università Commerciale L. Bocconi. He holds a dr. rer. pol. on financing of family firms from the University of Witten Herdecke. F. Kracht joined the hidden champion PERI (building materials, 1.8 bn EUR revenue, active in >70 countries) in 2005, starting in in-house consulting and later leading various departments. In 2014, he became Group CFO, responsible for finance, organization, digital transformation, and IT modernization, in 2019 he additionally became Spokesman of the Board. In 2021, he left PERI to start his own entrepreneurial career and co-founded the digital and IT strategy consultancy mesakumo, focusing on industrial Mittelstand companies in DACH. 3 years later the team grew to 20+ members. In parallel he serves as Advisory Board Member at ELA Container and SENNEBOGEN Group.
