The Munich-based start-up Penzilla has developed a software solution that helps companies to manage their existing corporate pension automatically. The software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution can be integrated into the existing HR-System and manages both old and new contracts. A real differentiator from other providers is the 100% end-to-end automation of all pension-related administrative processes (data transfer from HR-System into payroll accounting). In addition, Penzilla advises and manages contracts across all implementation paths, which is of particular benefit to medium to large-sized companies with a long corporate pension history.
